Product Description

Custom-made Department 56 ® Village and Figurine Scenes make excellent gifts for the person who has everything. They are also great keepsakes that can be enjoyed year after year by the entire family. Then passed down as a keepsakes from generation to generation!

You can have a village scene created much like Winter Fun or Snowy Day. Or a figurine scene like Snow Day.

We use the following Villages of Department 56 ® in our Scenes:

• Dickens' Village
• North Pole
• Christmas in the City
• New England
• the Original Snow Village

From each of the five villages, you can choose from one to five buildings. You can select either "Designer's Choice" or Special Order from the older series or the 2006 offerings.

Only a limited number of custom scenes are created each year, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely your piece is to be made this year. Each piece is signed and dated by the artist. The price will vary according to the size of the project and the availability of the individual buildings.

Shipping Rates

Items will be shipped via UPS standard ground. Bill Sheldon offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for orders over $75.00 [excluding certain villages and other products noted as requiring special delivery]. The FREE SHIPPING includes UPS standard ground service and insurance on your order. Priority shipping and other arrangements can be made for an additional fee by contacting our customer service department.

For orders under $75.00, we charge a flat rate starting at $14.95 for shipping and handling.

Because of their size and shape, some of the village displays, backgrounds and bases require special shipping and handling. If necessary, we will contact you to make specific arrangements.

Sending a Gift

Gift wrapping services are available starting at $5.00. Item is wrapped and a tag is customized for the recipient. Contact Bill Sheldon Designs to arrange all the details!

Returns

Bill Sheldon Designs will gladly accept your returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Christmas items must be returned prior to December 15th.
