From the Department 56 Dickens' Village Series*, this scene is the 1999 Limited Edition Gift Set, Chancery Corner.

I have set this gift set and all of it's accessories into a realistic setting and adding all the embellishments that make you want to move in!!!

It has real working street lights, real metal fencing, birdbath, wishing well, a wooden Gazebo w/lights and a tree inside. Something very interesting is that I have left the plowed roadway empty so you may pick from you collection of wagons, sleighs or carts to add your own personal touch.

The Chancery itself is highly detailed with a three-dimensional scene in the house all lite up for you to enjoy. The man near the front steps and the couple on the sidewalk are included. There is a sidewalk to stroll on, lots of landscaping and glittered fresh fallen snow covering the frosty Winter Scene. This one of my "One-of-a-kind" Village scenes for you and the family to enjoy for years to come, creating lasting memories.

It is signed and dated by the artist.

Available at $600.00 includes an extra bulb, adapter for the Gazebo & Streetlights.**

Shipping Rates

Items will be shipped via UPS standard ground. Bill Sheldon offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for orders over $150.00 [excluding certain villages and other products noted as requiring special delivery]. The FREE SHIPPING includes UPS standard ground service and insurance on your order. Priority shipping and other arrangements can be made for an additional fee by contacting our customer service department.

For orders under $150.00, we charge a flat rate starting at $14.95 for shipping and handling.

Because of their size and shape, some of the village displays, backgrounds and bases require special shipping and handling. If necessary, we will contact you to make specific arrangements.

Sending a Gift

Gift wrapping services are available starting at $5.00. Item is wrapped and a tag is customized for the recipient. Contact Bill Sheldon Designs to arrange all the details!

Returns

Bill Sheldon Designs will gladly accept your returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Christmas items must be returned prior to December 15th.
