Scene: Using both Department 56 & Hallmark, I have created a Holiday scene featuring a beautiful Victorian home, "House on Holly Lane 1999 beside a very nostalgic Christmas Tree lot, Kringles Christmas Trees 2007, both by Hallmark. The landscaping is all by Department 56 featuring Porcelain trees, Sisal Trees, Garland, Wreaths (made from their garland) Bare Branch Trees, Real wooden White Picket Fence and of course completing this very Wintry scene is the couple enjoying their ride in the "One Horse Open Sleigh".

The base is completely covered with snow and glittered, looking like the first snow of the season! Of course this is signed & dated.

All of our lamps have soft pads to protect your tabletops.

NOTE: Similar scene can be created for you using our inventory or you may send us your favorites. The possibilities are endless!

Shipping Rates

Items will be shipped via UPS standard ground. Bill Sheldon offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for orders over $150.00 [excluding certain villages and other products noted as requiring special delivery]. The FREE SHIPPING includes UPS standard ground service and insurance on your order. Priority shipping and other arrangements can be made for an additional fee by contacting our customer service department.

For orders under $150.00, we charge a flat rate starting at $14.95 for shipping and handling.

Because of their size and shape, some of the village displays, backgrounds and bases require special shipping and handling. If necessary, we will contact you to make specific arrangements.

Sending a Gift

Gift wrapping services are available starting at $5.00. Item is wrapped and a tag is customized for the recipient. Contact Bill Sheldon Designs to arrange all the details!

Returns

Bill Sheldon Designs will gladly accept your returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Christmas items must be returned prior to December 15th.
