Product Description

A two building set from the "New England Series" from Dept. 56®* featuring Warren Homestead & Walden Cottage.

The homes & working streetlights are set in a snowy winter scene just about Christmas time. The Gingerbread vendor is pushing his sled, packages are on the porch, decorations are up all we need is Santa....Note the crisp white fence & arbor with a working gate, cobblestone sidewalks, wishing well and don't forget the beautiful Cardinals.

A "Signature Series" piece, which of course means it's one-of-a-kind. Keep in mind similar style scenes can be made but not duplicated in the "Signature Series Collection." The scene is Signed & Dated by the artist, Bill Sheldon and includes the cord switch and adapter for the streetlights. Available at $400.00.

Did you see the dog? Every scene is finished with a blanket of glittered snow, like it had just snowed!

Shipping Rates

Items will be shipped via UPS standard ground. Bill Sheldon offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for orders over $150.00 [excluding certain villages and other products noted as requiring special delivery]. The FREE SHIPPING includes UPS standard ground service and insurance on your order. Priority shipping and other arrangements can be made for an additional fee by contacting our customer service department.

For orders under $150.00, we charge a flat rate starting at $14.95 for shipping and handling.

Because of their size and shape, some of the village displays, backgrounds and bases require special shipping and handling. If necessary, we will contact you to make specific arrangements.

Sending a Gift

Gift wrapping services are available starting at $5.00. Item is wrapped and a tag is customized for the recipient. Contact Bill Sheldon Designs to arrange all the details!

Returns

Bill Sheldon Designs will gladly accept your returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Christmas items must be returned prior to December 15th.
